Hello! My name is Betsy Snyder, owner of Simply Time Photography in Corning, NY. 

I would describe my photography as POWERFUL, EMOTIONAL and DRAMATIC.  I am simply here to capture a moment in time, time you can't get back, but want to remember, a time you want to freeze and cherish forever!

I don't want to just snap photographs, but instead, create an experience that you will never forget.   I take the stress out of your session from consulting, styling, to in person ordering, where I guide you through choosing what portraits capture your heart and remind you of these moments in time that you want to hold on to.

I am a wife and mother to two beautiful daughters that I photograph constantly!

Besides my faith in Jesus Christ, my family is the most important part of my life.

I love documenting everything about our lives and although my family might not admit it, they love it to.  Yes, I am the photographer mom that takes a family portrait EVERY SINGLE WEEK and have for the past 10+ years!

I started taking my photography seriously after we lost our son, Chanse Daniel, prematurely.  It changed how I see the world.  It made me realize how quickly life and circumstances can change and that I want to document moments to hang on my walls and albums to look through for years to come.

I specialize in what I call "LEGACY" portraits, these are portraits that tell your story in one powerful image and are more artistic in style.  These are portraits you will wants to display on your wall for years to come.
